Stomach problem

I am 67yrs,male,hypertensive, non-diabetic suffering from the following ailments since last two years and had tried conventional treatment but there is noimprovement rather deterioration.
1 Burning sensation in stomach, chest and rectum (after passing stool )
2.Dull ache in abdomen and it radiates upward to chest and also in upper back.
3.Bloating at the start of standing and walking and on sitting position ( sometimes)
4.Ache in chest and have a feeling of pressure in lungs. Sometimes it makes the breathing difficulty along with lot of sweat, in lying position at night between 2-30 to 3-30 AM due to some upward air pressure on chest which releases with bloating after urination, walking and taking some water .
5.Always feeling tightness in chest with ache in middle of rib bone.
6. Stool – very soft but pasty and floating type, insufficient in quantity, offensive smell
7.Feeling of dull ache in lower part of left upper quadrant of abdomen all the time but increases just after meal or water intake
8.A mild pain on back of head in left side
Mental condition : easily irritated, feel nervous and suffer from anxiety and have fear psychosis all the time . sleep- inadequate

There is no abnormality in USG of upper abdomen done six months back . But there is a healed Astral gastritis as per Endoscopy There are slight increase in the value of Total Bilrubin ( 1.8 ) and Creatinine( 1.7 )

I request the forum members to suggest some homeo treatment for the above ailments
