pain in hip and leg

My wife has pain in hip left side
She cannot walking or standing without pain
Sometimes there is a sticking pain in left upper leg
lying down on the back is good
Last night she could not sleep and could not stay in bed
Stomach is not ok ,disordered
A few morsels fills up and she has finished eating
