stomach issue

Hello everyone,

i am male 33years suffering from hypertension and hyper- lipid for last 4 years. i am taking allopathy medicine for the same period. i am also having stomach condition, tightness of chest after meals, small and continuous burps often stuck. anxiety, anger and panic attacks.
please advise some homeopathic medicine.
i will be very thankful to you all.
