Does not strogn penis and short time ejaculation

Dear Sir,
I am 26 old unmarried guy form Bangladesh. I do job now. I have been masturbating for 12 years. I had a lot of sex power form the beginning. My penis size was 5.5' and it was so strong. Night course would happen frequently.

But today I lost my sex power. I think it's caused for masturbating. My penis size 4' now and it does not strong. Night course does not happened at all. I think 1/2 times last year. Penis dimension is not right now. Upper site is ok but bottom site is thin. It's so soft now.

Last day I attempt to sex with my GF. But it was not strong and reacted after 2 minutes.

My height :5'5'
weight: 58kg
and every things ok
Now please help me. I am so upset.
