pain full piles
I am suffering from pain full pilesfrom last 10 days. Stool is hard. Bleeding from entrance of rectum when going to the toilet . I cannt pass the motion properly, it pains every time. From inside and outside anal it has grown. and some time it bleeds and cannot control the pains I have checked by hand on entrance of rectum that have some swelling and hardness around entrance. I feel highly pain at the time of toilet. I am also suffering from constipation.mguptapdil on 2010-05-31

Your remedies for your Hemorrhoids are as follows:
Hamamelis 200c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.
This remedy will usually reduce the Hemorrhoid in a few day, sometimes overnight.
Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets taken after each meal daily
This will keep the stools soft and you will avoid constipation which usually promotes bleeding after every bowel movement.
Antibiotic Ointment like Polyfax or Neosporin which will be inserted inside your anus on the tip of your gloved finger after every bowel movement to keep the bacterial count low to promote healing.
As soon as you notice the improvement in your Hemorrhoids you can then stop the Hamamelis and start on:
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken daily. I would normally prescribe both Hamamelis and Arnica together but I was informed by a knowledgeable homeopath that according to a classical homeopath Boericke, Arnica antidotes Hamamelis and I bow to his opinion although another homeopath has indicated that the original information is not correct.
Drink plenty of fluids over 3 ltrs daily and eat fruits like Papaw and Bananas which will help to keep your stools soft.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle which can be used as a dose.
Please note that 2 separate bottles of water must be used to make the Wet dose. You cannot mix the 2 remedies together.

The cure of pilesis not really difficult but the cure of a similar anal ailment which seems to be becoming increasingly common today is the problem associated with Fistula Fissure and Abscess which are usually resolved by surgery which in almost all cases involves a never ending series of experiments on the part of the surgeon who is always ready to put the patient on the table and perform his experiments over and over again.
