Marijuana Panic Attack - Please Help

Hi,

I don't know why, but I decided to smoke marijuana after many years of not smoking. Last time I smoked I was a kid and decided to stop because I had a bad reaction to it. Well, I thought it would be fun to try it again. It was NOT!!! I had the most horrible panic attack ever. Although I've had panic attacks before, I've never had one as bad as this. I don't know if it was because I've been under a lot of stress lately and already have anxiety, or because the weed was just too strong. Anyway, the point is that it's been two months and I still feel weird when I think of it. I feel like throwing up when I think of it and I can almost smell the smoke. I still feel a little of the disconnection that I had during the high. I feel so guilty that I did this to myself.
I read a lot of things over the Internet about this and I'm a little scared to try homeopathic Cann. Indica because of all the warnings. Should I take Nux Vom instead?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Pl. take Aconite 30C once a day for a week.
