forgetfulness, hypothyroid, no libido

My wife has struggled with lots of weight gain, depression, and hypothyroidism for several years now. Lately she's been forgetting things like where she put her camera-it's been gone a few weeks-and she locked the keys in the car. I'm not able to work right now so she's the sole money earner and we have one child that I take care of while she's at work.
Any ideas?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Graphites 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
