Please help....Premature grey hair and hair fall

Dear All
I am a 29 years old female and suffering from premature grey hair and hair fall. I have a hereditary problem of grey hair from my fathers side but my condition has worsened in the past 3-4 years and 30-40% grey hair. I have started developing inferiority complex due to this and I am always very conscious because of this. My problem might seem to be small but please help as I feel that i have started loosing my confidence also due to this.
