Looking for a remedy

Hello, im looking for a homeopathic remedy which is saturated white, not transperent like most granules, and i diluted it in water, his abbreviate is s-l, if somebody knows it , please tell me the full name. Thanks !

Perhaps it's sach. lach. which is a remedy(usually prescribed as a placebo but does have it's own usefulness) prepared from saccharine.
