Gallstone
I have been having gastric troubles - fullness after eating also pain, pain under right abdomen etcHad an ultrasound and 1 large gallstone at the mouth of teh gall bladder was detected.
Can this be disolved

You may try the following and see whether it helps...
day 1
Lycopodium 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
day 2 to day 15
5 drops each of the following in some 20 ml water thrice a day.
Hydrastis Q Carduus Mar Q
day 1

Berberis Vulgaris 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily has shown promise in reducing Gall Stones. If as you state your gallstone is blocking the mouth of the gall bladder it is very likely that it is about 10mm Ø. This may take some time to dissolve but it is worth a trial and if it does not show any reduction in say 3 months and if you can stand the pain and other discomfort you are now suffering from it may be worth the therapy.
You can take Nat Phos 6x dose 2-4 tablets after every mean to help with the discomfort you experience.
You will also take Arnica 30c in the Wet dose twice daily and leave about an hour between remedies.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle which can be used as a dose.
