Episiotomy tear after several years of child birth

hi,
I had my son delivered vaginally on 2001 . they had to deliver him through suction and forceps and the baby was not progressing quick. I was given a couple of stitches which took more than month to heal and was very painful. The area of the stictch had a small bump which started progressing over the years.

I had my second baby in 2005. through normal birth and didn't have to have any cut or stitched for her.

After having the second baby, the tear area seemed very sensitive for a long time. 2 weeks back I developed a burning sensation for a whole week and then blood started to come out. I went to the doctor the next day and he said that I have a sinus in the vaginal area.

I have developed a tear inside and a tear outside the vaginal area. I lucked ot by the tear not going to the anal area.
I have an appointment only on july 12th to see a gynec as dr appointments are difficult in canada. Only after seeing the gynec, I will be able to know the procedure to be done for me.

Since I prefer the healing method of homeopathy, I thoght I wold post in this forum so that any one can give some advice on this.

I read in this forum that Arnica 6 C , taking 3 pellets and dissolving in 500 ml water and taking 1 tsp 3 times a day will help heal tears. Should I try that. Any other inputs please.

thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Silicea 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 3 days and see how that affects in the next 10 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please visit the thread Fistula Fissure Abscess on the link below.

It is possible that the same therapy I have prescribed with some modifications may help you and if you decide to use it please repost your problem on that thread.

Joe,

thanks for the reply. I saw your replies for one person in this forum . You had asked her to take STAPHYSAGRIA 30C 3 drops in little water 3 times a day for 3 days.
I have started that medicine since yesterday. Is it ok.?
I got 30 C pills which I am taking 3 pills 3 times a day.
Can u Please let me know if I can continue this medicine. The staphysagria seems to leave a bitter taste in my mouth. Is that normal?

I have also bought ARNICA 6C. - dissolved 3 pills in 500 ml water and taking one tsp 3 times a day.

I did not prescribe Staphysagria to anyone and you have probably read another homeopath's advice.

In any case Staph cannot help your condition and you are advised to stop it.

I note that you have taken Arnica 6c in the Wet dose and I believe that here too you have not read my advice on :

I have prescribed Arnica 30c in the Wet dose with other remedies for Fistula and if you would like me to take your case, please post it on the thread above.

In your interest you are advised to read the therapy prescribed carefully and follow the advice given precisely.

thanks for the reply Joe.
My problem is not anal fistula, but a tear in the episiotomy. The tear is at 2 areas and has formed a sinus. The doctor says that I got lucky aas there is no conection right now with my anal area and vaginal area.
So they want to cut to the interior tear and stitch it up again.

I really don not want to undergo this procedure as alway stitching will end up with problems again.

I will get the silicea and try it. will report to you after a week.

PS- I will also post this in the thread you have linked even though mine is not an anal fistula.

thanks for responding again.
