remedy for masturbation

I am a 23 yrs male. I have passion for homoeopathic medicines and trust them a lot.
I am suffering from excessive masturbation problem and am very guilty to tell that before puberty it all started.
Now I have all the sympoms prominently visible and it definitely needs care now.
some of my symptoms are as below:
loss of weight and very skinny with no glow on skin.(6feet 2inches height but just 65 kgs in weight)
I have dark circles beneath eyes.
shyness from opposite sex
weak legs
less stamina now
more frequent headaches but not much backache
My face is pale and sunken with no glow.
also a little pain in eyes after masturbating.
There are also some symptoms thats are common.
After much analysis I have found that staphysagria best suits me but I want your consult in taking the course.
And If you feel I should take someother medicine plz guide me.
I need to know abt the correct potency form and dosage course.
I will be really thankful to you if u help me regain my previous mental and physical personality.
