This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Mr. Saleem, you should make a brief summary of your case and post here.

This may help all.

Dear Dr. Mumtaz,

My name is Yang Sah & I am suffering from azoospermia. I had bone marrow transplant in year 2002. Due to chemotherapy I completely lost my germ cells which is causing sperm maturation arrest. Is there any treatment available to cure this ? If yes what would be total duration of treatment. Please advice !
