Doctors Please help me continuous noises in left ear
SirI am 27 years male working in IAF(defence).I am suffering from continuous noise in left ear like (tuuuuuuuuuun).I think it is due to firing(gunshot) in defence.Right ear is ok.Hearing is ok.In normal time I feel little noise but whenever i wear turban(sikh) i feel noises in left ear.0ne month is passed but no improvement.pls suggest me any medicine and do and donts(parhez).
