Please help me..suffered from nightfall from last 10 years

Hi ,i am 24 year old and IT professional. From 2001 i suffered from nightfall dieseas. I tried always but never got the result ,body are going to be down and weight r 44 kg. digesion Always Incorrect, am very frustated .kindly suggest me proper medicine .i am daily giving time for yoga & pranayam. R this medicin available in shops?
