Anxiety, Mood change any advise please

Hi, I'm a Mom of two boys... since I have babies my world change.... I love them so much, but I get stress sometimes. When my kids get sick I worry to much, one has Bronchitis, and this year he have been had many colds... I just started treating him with a Homeopath doctor, hope it will help. I read a lot on internet about the chemicals, toxins, environment, alot of stuff sometimes I wish I wouln't know hehehe. When I'm about have my menstrual period I feel fear, anxiety...a lot,I want to be a strong Mom and strong wife.... and sometimes I feel angry, very moody. I was reading Pulsatilla is good for moods I don't know If that will help.
I wan't enjoy my life and kids, I want to be happy and not to worry a lot (I live in FL and now with the oil problem) I wondering If there is anything natural medicine that helps to relax me? I just starting taking Spirulina (marine algae).

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Homeopathy and Bach flower therapy can help you.

You seems to be like Pulsatilla, if you trust on homoeopathy then please take it (puls-200 5 drops per dose twice a week) and report after 4 weeks.
