high pulse rate

I am patients of first stage hypertension. Last time my BP was 145/90 but pulse rate was 103. I noticed that it remains around 90-100. I am working in department having full of tension viz. investigations/smuggling etc.. Though I donot take much tension but result of the same is evident from BP. Is there any method or remedy to control high pulse rate. Kindly suggests. Thanks

Try Relaxation techniques.
You can learn relaxation techniques from Yoga therapists.

Dr.Saravanan's suggestion is good. But at times it is generally difficult to relax or use techniques for it.
Initial help from medicines is needed. Homeopathy is excellent for that provided the expert person helps us.

1. Describe your main suffering?

Hypertension 150/90 with high pulse rate 95-100


2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

Nothing specific. Except BP and high pulse rate.
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

Love to sleep more since childhood and can sleep any time any where if found chance. If engaged in work, no desire of sleep but in free time usually sleeps.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?

Know higher BP only when it is checked otherwise I normally do not feel any problem. Some time headache on a hectic day. Nothing else.
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Since last 2-3 years.


6. Which time of the day you are worst?
It would not affect so much.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?

I think too much of work ( time bound nature). Though I am pleasant person but got irritated some times.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

No

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

Cold weather

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
Mild but aggravate if someone points on me/my work because I am the most sincere officer in the office dedicated to my work and doing it with quality but if officers asked me to change my view in some pressure, I argued on that. Do not involve myself in monatory activity and working in reputated investigating agency.
If I am free than I becomes lazy.
Enjoy if my views sustained over the seniors views and for that extremely involved myself in work assigned to me.
Cooprative with collegues and always try to help them in their investigations/works and guide them to sustained the case.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Nothing specific

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
I do not involve others in my problems until and unless it becomes necessary. I prefer to do the things myself.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
No

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
Basically I am a person with emotions and some times weeps after debate from wife on domestic affairs thinking that how selfish every person is.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
On family front I am happy. Some times found indulged in arguments with wife on family affair but when the argument turns wild, I keep myself restricts and stop arguments at that time to stop the arguments.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I feel unfortable in going to crowed place though after visit to that place feel comfortable. I hesitate initially in starts of any new work but after initiation feel comfortable. Example if I am going outside, I feel uncomfortable but on reaching in Train/bus or place becomes normal. If I have to go hospital or to assist any person, I think that how it will be possible at there but later on do every thing.




12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
Nothing specific. Love every thing.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Less. I drink less water and twice treated for urinary stones with homeopathy.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
No

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Less

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Go to toilet within 5 minutes after rising in the morning. Bowel movement is regular and never had any problem.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
I can sleep at any place any where any time if I found chance. Normally takes 6-8 hrs. sleep and on weekend, 8-10 hours.


19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
Yes

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
I put some thing extra in my work. I feel happy if my boss takes my help in others issue and thanks for my goods legally sound views.


21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
Homeopathic medicine for urinary stone.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
Mother :- hypertension, Eczema in legs ( some time)
Father :- mild diabetic, Compression of C3-C4 nerves, mild stroke from which he recovered 90%
Wife :- hernia
Father in law- Diabetic, heart patients
Mother in law - Asthama


23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance

5’8”, 69 Kg. with smart appearance.
Normally I am a pleasant person, wants to remain on top in office, exert more in office work than others, try to help others in office if help sought for; less social man;

Lycopodium 0/1 (1 LM or LM 1)is a better choice.

preparation and dosage-
Get a 15 ml glass container with dropper.Put 5-10 Pellets of the remedy and add 10 ml water.Replace the cap and shake the container 10 times.Now your treatment bottle is ready.Keep this preparation in fridge to maintain freshness.From this take 20 drops in little water, twice daily for a week.
Report the changes.

Dr. Saravanan, Lycopodium LM is not available. Instead of above CM can be taken as per method prescribed by you.

200, 4 pellets/ once in a week.

dr. Saravanan I had used Lyco 200 but unfortunately once a day for a week instead of once in a week. However, no significant change except feeling slight cooler, less angerness. BP 141/99 at 6 PM in evening with pulse rate 93.
Kindly suggest further.

You can now stop the remedy and wait for a week.
Try to engage in relaxing activities like listening to soothing music,mild exercise etc.
