Hunger, Irritability, Dehydration, Upset stomach

I'm having strange symptoms I can't figure out what the cause is.

I've been getting an upset stomach: diaherra and foul gas for the past 2 weeks. But the recent week was more consistent. A week ago I went to Chicago and thats when the symptoms worsened. I had diherrea for 3-4 days straight, when I woke up in the morning. It was very urgent and out of my control. I also had an itch all over my body and an irritation in my behind. Now I'm noticing I'm very hungry but regardless of how much I eat I seem to be loosing weight. I look pale and have lost a lot of weight in my face. I've been very irritable and angry lately for no reason and my eyes look different. More focused and intense. When usually they look more calm and relaxed. I'm not sure what these symptoms mean if they even mean something.
My stomach has a constant burning sensation and I've been getting dehydrated a lot even though I haven't spent much time in the sun and have been drinking fluids. The dehydration is intense and accompanied by migranes (but I have had this for the past 5 years). I'm worried mainly about the constant hunger and the way my face looks different. I'm also breaking out all over my face and arms (comes and goes).

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
