medicinal aggravation

about five months back my wife had a caesarian section. after five days of usual allopathic antibiotics i gave her staphysagria 200 to relieve her abdominal pain. her pain almost disappeared, but it came back as she started to do physical works. then i gave her one more dose staphysagria 200. again her pain went away. but now after she has started to do regular household chores the gone pain has once again come back. so i gave her one more dose of staphy 200 on previous saturday night [10 july]. on monday morning her abdominal pain increased along with intensified back pain which she had been suffering in a low degree at the time i was giving her staphy 200 last time. after two days both these pains had a slight amelioration. but now even after six days both the pains still persistwhich are more intense than what she had before adminstering staphy 200 on last saturday. should i wait for more days? or should i interfere by giving her something? are there cases in which medicinal aggravations will last for more than one week? what are the ways to deal with medicinal aggravations? kindly instruct me on this problem.

She may respond better to Arnica 30c in the Wet dose made up as follows and taken twice daily for as long as she feel that it is helping her.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made up as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also known as Liquid Dilution.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles.
This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is sipped as directed.

every subsequent doses of any particula remedy need be modified from its original form---this will account for staphysagria aggravtion--repeating 200c unmodified from previous dose---no med fot a bit---if aggarvation does not settle will need to address immediately--then
start with camphor 6c dosing---1 pellet 6c in 100ml medicinal bottle (fill 3/4 with water--couple drops of alcho for preservative ((clear vodka))).....thump 100ml medicnal bottle 8-10 times before using each time)--1 teaspon of this in 4 oz water in drinking glass--stir vigourpously---1 teaspoon dose---dispose of rest of contents of drinking glass---repeat dose every hour til better---ONLY use camphor if aggravtion is current--otherwise no....
