redness in throat , fever and dry cough

my daughter is 4 yrs old. She was cranky from last two days and was not eatig well. yesterday night she got high fever and started to cough we gave her paracetamol and again in the morning same thing was repeated. We went to see her doctor ...he says there is redness in the throat which is causing dry cough and high fever.

Can u please advise some homeo medicine for the problem...

As she improves...make the dosage less frequent.

her fever is gone now but she still has cough and a little cold. What should be given for cough and cold. She is not having running nose but sneezes 3-4 times in an hour. please answer as soon as possible.
