This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your mother's remedies are as follows:

Gallbladder stones: Berberis Vulgaris 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.

Diabetes: Arnica 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.

It is best to leave about an hour between each remedy which should be made in 2 separate bottles.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made up as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also known as Liquid Dilution.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles.
This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is sipped as directed.

Please note that her Blood Sugar level should drop within 24 hours when the other drugs like Metformin that she is using today should be reduced to keep the BS level at around 100mg/dl.

Her Gall stones will be a long time project and it is best to have a Scan taken immediately to be compared with another taken in 3 months when there should be some difference in the size of the stones. It is also possible that the stones may be dissolved by this time.

Report her response weekly.
