Are there any ways to avoid tears/episiotomy in labour?
Hello dear homeopaths!I am just wondering if there is a way to prepare perineum tissues to help during the labour and avoid tears and episiotomy?
Thank you!

Arnica 30c in the Wet dose will help you to deliver your baby with a minimum of pain and this includes an Episiotomy if it is done by your Gyne which will ensure that no tear will result.
My daughter in law had a baby about 2 months ago and I gave prepared her for her planned C section a day in advance when she took Arnica twice daily. Her surgery was at 0500hrs and she went into the theater with 2 pellets of Arnica under her tongue. She took Arnica 30c sublingually every 3 hours after her surgery and surprised me when she got up from her bed around 1600hrs the same afternoon. She returned home in the evening of the day after surgery and walked up the stairs to her room.
She continues to take Arnica 30c in the Wet dose once daily up to today as she feels that it helps her output of milk and she feel better with the Arnica protocol.
I have been in 2 surgeries myself one in 2002 and the last one in 2008 and I used the same protocol myself and did not require any morphine or other analgesic post surgery. I am 81 years of age and I have taken Arnica 30 nightly or more often as necessary since 1996. My BP is

Dear Joe De Livera!
Thank yo so much for such a detailed message!
It sounds really impressive!
I am just wondering - you worte she took 2 pellets going into the theatre - but before and after that she used Wet Dose?
Do you think the Wed Dose work better? Or can I take pellets instead?
Thank you!
