Can I make my own Rescue Remedy?
Hello everyone!I was really blessed with a unexpected discovery in the attic:)) - I found the whole collection of BachFlower Remedies! Stock bottles.
If there are BachFlower practitioners - I am just wondering if I can make my own Rescue Remedy. I know the ingredients:
Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum, Rock Rose, and Clematis
But just not sure how to prepare it. Should I just mix 3 drops of each in some brandy? and then shake it? Or...?
Any help would be VERY appreciated!!!

A simple method of preparation is
Fill 3/4 th of a 30 ml clean dropper (glass) bottle with pure spring/mineral water.Add 2 drops of each of the five remedies.Add a teaspoon of Brandy or fruit vinegar as a preservative.Shake well.Now your dosage bottle is ready.This will remain fresh for about 2 weeks.

Of course you may use apple cider vinegar as preservative.
If you do not wish to use preservative, you can simply keep the treatment (dosage ) bottle in the refrigerator.This will maintain the freshness for about 10 days.

He was my husband at one time. We don't talk any more but as for being a doctor of natural medicine, this man can not be beaten. He is a professional doctor and the best you'll ever come across.
