Need help with slipped disc

I am a 32 year old mail suffering from a slipped disc in l4-l5 region. I was diagnosed with this in January this year, though I have been having lower back pain sin e a decade. The Mri scan confirmed a 10mm protusion.
The protruded disc is pressing the nerves in the spinal cord, which causes pain in the inner and outer right thigh. I am also experiencing tingling sendation in my right foot since last one week. I generally worden the situation when I am under any stress or sitting too long. I walk daily in the morning and evening to keep muscles toned. The back pain and leg pain eases with walking but the tingling sensation in the right foot persists. I have taken acu-carnio treatment without any good effects.
I am a spiritual, short tempered, god fearing, positive person. I am married and father of a daughter.
Please advice on how homeopathy can help.
Thanks in anticipation.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
day 1 to day 3
Please take Rhus Tox 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

day 4 to day 15
Please take 4 pellets of Calc Phos 6x thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please report after 15 days.

To Prabhjot,

Thank you for posting on the ABC.

I note that you first noticed your back pain 10 years ago and I presume that this was caused by some accident or sports injury. The MRI report of a 1cm protrusion is not satisfactory and you state:
'The protruded disc is pressing the nerves in the spinal cord, which causes pain in the inner and outer right thigh. I am also experiencing tingling sendation in my right foot since last one week. I generally worden the situation when I am under any stress or sitting too long.'

I note that Kadwa has prescribed some remedies to you but if after some time, you find that you have not benefitted from these remedies, I would suggest that you consult a competent surgeon who can help you. You must remember that at age 32 you have your life before you and it is essential that you are not handicapped with this nagging pain on a daily basis as with advancing years, your problem will get infinitely worse.

I do hope that you are not taking any analgesics today to deal with your pain as they will only serve to make a bad situation infinitely worse.

Joe,

Thanks for the response.
I am still 32 years, this is what which actually scares me. I have consulted 2 orthopedic surgeons. Both had the same advice of rest and walking. Beyond that they said they will do surgery. I have read a lot of stories on the web about surgeries going bad and have seen a person struggle after the surgery myself.

I was looking for non-invasive treatments like homeopathy.

I will start with Kadwa's remedies. Please inform me as to what these medicines are for.
