Upset stomach

I've been treated for GERT etc. but lately nothing is working. Regardless of what I eat my stomach gets uneasy (I mean anything). It literally feels that the food fills all the way to my mouth and I'm not digesting it. I don't get the typical burn unless I lay down. I'm unemployed with no health insurance so I can't consult a physician. I dont feel stress is an issue and I'm concerned it might be something else. Any suggestions?

Please take Nux Vomica 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and see how that affects in the next 10 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
