This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I shall copy my standard instructions on making the Wet dose below:

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made up as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also known as Liquid Dilution.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles.
This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is sipped as directed.

I do not understand your statement:

'how long we have to use nm3x.asf3x.'

You have failed to indicate the name of the remedy you wish to use for Vitiligo. I presume that you are using ars sulf Flav 3x which is the standard remedy used. Please note that you cannot use the Wet dose method for any remedy used in the lower X potencies.

You may use Nat Mur 3x and Ars Sulph Flavum 3x as long as you leave about an hour between remedies.

The dose is 2 tablets taken twice daily of each remedy.

The Wet dose method does not arise in your therapy.
