Chin acne/monthly cycle

Hello,
I am hoping for help with what should be a very simple problem. Following my monthly cycle to a 'T', I get 1-2 very bad and deep chin pimples. They occur 1-2 days before or on the day I get my period and I get another minor one 1-2 days on or around ovulation. It follows my cycle exactly and no amount of topical acne medication (besides oral antibiotics) will prevent them. It is always in the chin and I've been dealing with this problem for years. ABC homeopathy suggests Hydrastis Canadensis for chin acne. Would others recommend this or anything else? Thank you!

what do you feel during those(men. cycle)days?

mayda last decade
I get cramps in the first 24-48 hours (on a scale of 1-10, they are a 4 or 5), but that's about it. A little emotional but body temp is normal and energy level is normal. Appetite doesn't really change either.

On a scale of 1-10, some emotional sensitivity level 4. No despair, depression or extreme anger, more just frustration.

Pustules make me feel self-conscious, cramps are uncomfortable, and sensitivity causes aggravation.

If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

You may take 4 pellets of mag phos 6x (a tissue salt also known as bio-chemic remedy) thrice a day during periods if you have cramps.
