Violent Toothache in lower left teeth increases in the evening
Please advise me appropriate homoepathic remedy for Toothache. It occured 4 months before, but aftertaking allopathic anti-pain medicine, it disappeared. But now it came back for last 1 and halg month, and these days pain is violent. Symptom details are as given below:Pain in Left side lower Jaw hollow decayed teeth. It remains for whole day but increases in the evening till sleep.
Other symptoms are daily loosing hair for last six months after child birth.
Pain like pinch or penetration of pin/needle is also noticed for last 4-5 days. It was also happened about 02 months before, when it was cured by one dose of Staphisgaria 200. Now it reccured. For more details of History please click on link

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have had alot of dental work including implants, gum resurfacing etc., and I have found letting xylitol mints or mouth spray if you can find it, melt in your mouth and also coloidol silver drops(not sure of spelling) also heals and takes the pain away for a while.
Temporary fix though, need to get it filled or pulled.

Please take Rhus Tox 30c 1 drop in 20 ml water 3 time at a gap of 4 hour (please don't take it at night) only for one day & report back the next day.

Some relief noticed, but not completely, medicice arranged day before yeaterday evening and as per your advise taken yesterday in the day time and not in the evening. should it be continue/stop/replace with other medicine, please confirm.

No full relief after a weak. Pain still continue. It is relieved by putting 'Clove' in hollow space, but starts after the clove is destroyed after a day. It increases by cold water, by blow of air, especially in the evening upto bed time or sometimes for the night, but in the morning, no pain or less pain as compared to evening.

Dear Rani,
Please take 2 (two) doses of Rhus Tox 200C at a gap of 6 hours only for 1 day (do not take it at night). Do not repeat it on the next 7 day. Do not take any other medicines/herbs in this 7 day.
One dose means:
If the medicine is in pills form take 2 pills. Don't touch the pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take the pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, take 2 drop in some 15 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please report back after 7 day.
Restrictions:
1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 1 hour prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption.
3/. Avoid wearing perfume or exposure to anything with a strong smell on the day and 3 days following the remedy administration. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
4/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicy foods.
5/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by your Doctor.

I have had 3 molars in my upper left jaw extracted at the beginning of this year and I used Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken every 2 hours and surprised both myself and my dentist as I did not experience any post surgical pain and recovered overnight without any bleeding whatever. I had implants inserted in place of these teeth later which are as good as my old teeth. I am 81 years of age.
I would suggest that you too use Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken thrice daily and it is most likely that you will experience relief from pain within about 4 hours.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle which can be used as a dose.
You will stop all other remedies if you decide to use Arnica.
Report your response as soon as you experience relief.

Dear Mr. Joe,
Post surgical pain & this type of toothache is not a same thing. For your kind information, she already had taken Arnica M. 200c. So, there is no need to take a lower potency specially for her present condition. This may cause more harm than healing. I want to believe that you can understand it.

No effect with Rhus Tox 200. checked by a BDS doctor & reported that the tooth made hollow by the bacteria and it has now reached to the root of the teeth. So, the only way to cure it is root canaling.
For your kind information, teeth is lower left ( may be molar or adjacent to the molar). Pain increases drinking cold water or hot milk/coffee. Also increases on touching, pressing, and with blow of air.
Pain in the evening ( from 4 p.m to bed time) is more than the morning pain.
Please advise any homeopathic remedy that can kill the bacteria in the teeth or roots of the teeth, can relieve pain, and can avoid root canaling.

For conjuctivitis: Merc. Cor 30 for one day. Argentum Nit 30 for 3 days.
For Coryza, Fever, Catarrh: Acon. 200 twice for 1 day. Ars Alb. 30 thrice for 3 days. After That allopathic medice used. Now Gels. 30 in use to cure thick catarrh from the nose.
