Erection Disfunction / Natrum

Hello

I have problems getting fully erect during sex intercourse. I can only get frequent soft-erections but for little time. I could say that my full body gets erect except my penis

When I wake up no mater what time of day is it a get full and strong erections but for little time too.

For an older alergic reaction problem my therapist subscribed my Natrum Muriaticum but I haven't taken it for a while. Could N.M help me in my problem. Can you propese me a more targeted alternative
