This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Ignatia 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Hi.
Update: 'Take Ignatia 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.'

This seemed to help me with my 'choking' issues. Had to travel out of the country to a third world nation and saw much affliction and death. Basically, took the entire bottle in a 3 week span!!! (Dec 25-Jan 15)
Was very depressed afterward and am now seeing that I'm back to myself again.

Current weight:180lbs from 197lb when I first posted.

I just had blood work done. Results: low on vitamin D and i'm having a iron level panel done. not sure what the results are but he is asking to start taking an iron supplement. i have average sugar and cholesterol levels for my age 35. doctor told me i'm okay but that i need to lose weight and watch my sugar and fat intake. Also, while a general pelvic exam he found a large mass in my ab area. had a transabdominal ultra sound and they found a large 10 inch x about 5 inch mass on my upper right side of my abdomen. it appears that surgery may be required to remove what is thought to be a fibroid (found in the outer region of uterus).

Menses: currently very heavy and very painful

Emotional state: PMS symptoms are getting more severe.

Stress level: High

Live in warm weather climate (southeast US).

Questions: In reviewing my notes, is there anything I should start taking now. Please respond ASAP.

Thank you in advance for your help.
