possible remedy's homoeopathicity was/is prescribed in mental sphere prinarily---and a shift in mental symptomology may require change of remedy---nat-m--may or may not complete the case---better is change of potency -same remedy (nat-m)and proceed as such--thing to observe is for any new symptoms (never had in health history before) arising
