eisonophilia count 20

hi, my daughter is 7 years old and has been under homeopathy for about 3 years. however her condition has not significantly improved. she has there recurring colds with blocked nose very often and hardly has a running nose. of late she has stared wheesing too. i have given her Benocide for 3 weeks as recommended by an ENT. after 2 weeks the count came to 10% from 16% but at the beginning of the third week of benocide ttreatment she got a bad cold again with mild wheesing and the count is now gone upto 20%. i had taken her off her pills during this benocide treatment but have taken her back to her doctor who has given her ars iod 10m potency as she has responded to this medication before. however after somedays the blocked nose comes back and this cycle repeats. what do i do ? is the medication ok? i have dewormed her too in July with Mebek 5ml for 3 days twice daily. should i do an allergy test for her to determine her allergies. her first test done in march 2009 showed a count of 3%. i cannot say what could have triggered it to rise so much. please advise.
