Please help me

Can anyone tell me which homeomedicine is most suitable for me?

These are my main symptoms

1. very bad sleep since childhood. never refreshed after waking up. many dreams at night.
2. lot of stomach and bowel problems/pain
3. indigestion
4. not much energy
5. constantly nervousness in bowels
6. very easily irritated
7. stagefright
8. eye pain/ eyes cant stand light/blurred vision/red eyes/pus
9. many foods are iritating my bowels, like allergy
10. no concentration
11. no peace at mind, many many thoughts.
12. not feeling happy
13. nausea, pale face
14. enormous bloating of belly
15. arms and hands are very small and skinny.

Carboveg-30( 5 drops thrice a day after meal)
Kali Phos-200x ( 2 tablets only at night) and report after two weeks.
