My son has a blood disorder (sickle cell SS) and has had seven (7) transfusions to date due to his low hemoglobin level baseline (5.0). Is there something he can take homepathic wise to treat the iron overload in his blood. The normal range is 7-142 ng/mL or 7-142 mcg/, and he is currently at 389. Please help!
