Exercise Induced Urticaria Advice Please

Exercise-induced urticaria where I break out into extremely itchy hives and welts during exercise. Whether summer or winter, especially after a 2 week hiatus from exercise, and during the warmup of my body, I get these Hives or 'welts' , usually raised, flat bumps on the skin that are more red around the edge than in the middle. If I scratch the skin it tends to scar, but the itching is so out of control I generally have to stop exercising. Is there a remedy for this? Generally I am told to take benadryl but that makes me sleepy and my workouts are during the day so this does not help as I have to be active and drive, etc.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
depends if getting 'warmed up' or sweat areas are the only affected--if just warmed up and not related to sweated areas then rhus tox
