Arnica Update

Its been about a week since I started taking Arnica 30C wet dose. I have been taking twice a day. Once in the morning upon waking up and at night right before bed.
I have been sleeping very sound since taking. Also the aches in my upper shoulders is 80-90 percent better. I have had these pains for over five years now so it is amazing that they are now subsiding.
I am not sure this is related to arnica but a couple days ago I was standing at the bathroom sink and I got a cramp on the left side of my upper hip, just to the left of my spine. It is quite severe and debilitating to the point that it is hard to sit and move around. The pain radiates across the whole left side of my upper hip area. When I cough or sneeze the pain is very sharp and extremely painful.
I didn't exert myself in anyway or do sports, etc. It just kind of happened all of a sudden. Do you think its arnica related or maybe I pulled or tore a ligament somehow.
Please advice. Thank you!

In the meanwhile I can reassure you that your report of a cramp is by no means related to the Arnica you are taking twice daily.
