hyperemesis gravidarum (severe morning sickness)

My wife is about 12 weeks and is currently suffering from the above.

It's quite severe and is barely able to eat.

She's had a look at the remedies available on the following page:

Symphoricarpus and Pulsatilla seems best match her symptoms.

I really wanted some advice on what dosages she should start off on?

According to my clinical experience symphoricarpus 200
once a day is perfect and pulsatilla 30 is prescribed.
I am thinking it helps a lot.
