lower back pain + heel pain
Respected DoctorAm Mrs.Vijayalakshmi. I have lower back pain & pain in my heels.I feel greater pain when I climb steps.
Impression (from MRI) : Diffuse DISC HERNIATION L4-L5, L5-S1 levels with thecal impingement and bilateral Neural Foramina Narrowing at L4-L5 Level.
I took Physiotherapy(IFT-16 days, Traction- 9 days). Still IO have lower back pain & heel pain.
I have hyper-acidity too.I had Ledum Pal 200 & SYMPHYTUM 200. But there is no cure. Kindly suggest me some medicines Doctor. Thank you Doctor.

have pharmacist prepare--a solution of 1 drop sepia 30c in 1ooml medicial bottle in 20% alcohol base---start daily use--shake/thump bottle hard against book 8-10 times (do this every time before using from this bottle)---1 teaspoon of this in 4 oz water in drinking glass--stir heavy--take 1 teaspoon dose
keep close observation of changes--any new symptoms occur (never had before in health history) then cease using
