The ABC Homeopathy Forum

4 yr old with allergies and asthma

my son has recently been diagnosed with asthma.it all started this feb when he was down with high fever(103-104) for nearly a week.he was given some antibiotics which did not work.7th day we took him to another doctor who checked him and said he was wheezing.he was put on albuterol and since then he has been having constant bouts of coughing followed by severe wheezing.
he has got allergic rhinitis for almost 2 yrs now.actually it all started when we moved to daytona beach, florida.so i wonder if this is all location related.
currently he is on following medications.
zyrtec 5ml,
pulmicort ,
albuterol, singulair and some cortisteroid nasal sprays.

we got him tested for allergies and he was found to be highly(level five) allergic to dust mites.

i am so stressed out.i dont want to be using these medications with severe side -effects.
kindly respond to this letter asap so my son can breathe better.
thanx.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him 2 doses of Kali Mur 12x one hour before meal & Mag Phos 12x two hour after meal only for 7 day.

1 dose means: 1 Pellet or Tablet dissolve in 15 ml moderate hot distilled water. Thoroughly stirred it and sip up slowly.

Please report back after 7 days. Please keep this in mind that first few days his overall symptoms will be little bit aggravated. Don't worry about that.

Best wishes,
Rahiq

Dear Agnivesh,

Please answer the questions as quick as possible:

1. How is his tongue look like?

> Clean or slightly coated.

Or,

> Coated pasty, thick, white, with reddened papillae and red edges; red in streaks; very red, dry in the middle.

2. Cough: there appears to be a large collection of mucus in the bronchi; it seems as if much would be expectorated, but nothing comes up.

Or,

Cough: dry spasmodic, constricted, asthmatic. Difficult breathing from least exercise; violent dyspnoea, with wheezing and anxiety about the stomach. Whooping - cough: child loses breath, turns pale, stiff and blue; strangling, with gagging and vomiting of mucus; bleeding from nose or mouth. Cough, with rattling of mucus in bronchi when inspiring; threatened suffocation from mucus.

3. Is he have Nausea: with profuse saliva; vomiting of white, glairy mucus in large quantities, without relief; sleepy afterwards; worse from stooping.

Or,

Vomiting: in any position except lying on right side; until he faints; followed by drowsiness and prostration.

hello rahiq,
i am providing you with the info that you asked for.

1.his tongue is slightly coated.

2.his cough is always wet i.e .there appears to be a large collection of mucus in the bronchi.and when he coughs he is able to expel the mucus.and after 3 to 4 days of this type of cough he starts to wheeze really badly.

3. he doesnt have nausea or vomiting.

4.his bowel movement is fine i.e. he passes his stools regularly except that he'll miss a day when he is not feeling well .his stools vary from hard to semi-solid.

thanx rahiq and please let me know if you need more info.

thanx and regards.

Dear Agnivesh,

Please give him 3 (three) doses of Ipecacuanha 6c at a gap of 3 hours only for 3 (three) day. Do not repeat it on the next 4 days. Do not take any other medicines/herbs in these 4 days.

One dose means:

Get a 500ml bottle of distilled Water from the nearest supermarket. Pour out about 250 ml of water from the bottle to leave some airspace. Insert 2 pills (If the remedy is in pills form) or Insert 2 drop (If the remedy is in liquid dilution form) of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard 10 times in a row (10 strokes of equal strength). Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succession which is done to enhance the medicinal power of the remedy.

Please take only 2 drops of the reconstituted dilution of 250 ml using a disposable dropper 3 times at a gap of 3 hours. This is to be done for 3 (three) day ONLY.

Please shake the bottle hard 10 times in a row (10 strokes of equal strength) every time before taking 5 drops from this bottle using a disposable dropper which can be used as a dose.

Please report back after 7 days. I look forward to your response.

Restrictions:

1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 1 hour prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. If your remedy came in pills form do not touch the pills with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water.
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume or exposure to anything with a strong smell on the day and 3 days following the remedy administration. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicy foods.
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by your Doctor.

Best wishes,
Rahiq
