Chronic hip pain in 21 yr old

My brother has chronic hip pain. He is only 21 years old, approx. 165 lbs. and is an active wrestler and weightlifter. He has had pain for a long time and it feels like inflammation. He ices his hips often and has lightened his workouts, but nothing helps. He has been to multiple doctors and nothing comes of it. He is stretching for 30 minutes a day just to bare the day to day stuff. the severity comes and goes for unknown reasons. I have used homeopathic treatments for other things and hope to find something that will help him. Please, any recommendations would be great.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please ask him to take the remedies as follows for 3 days and report back.
first dose of Arnica 30c
after 2 hours first dose of Rhus Tox 30c
after 2 hours second dose of Arnica 30c
after 2 hours second dose of Rhus Tox 30c
after 2 hours third dose of Arnica 30c
after 2 hours third dose of Rhus Tox 30c

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
