Severe piles problem.Dr. Kadwa plz help

Im 34 years old .I have fissure problem from last 12 years .i had undergone surgery 10 yrs earlier.Recently i delivered a baby 18 days back by c -section.Now that im not able to move around much ..im etting constipated and so the problem is bothering me much more...Even after taking laxative 'Duphalac' twice daily im getting constipated.Im feeding my baby and so im scared of taking any medication for the problem.Please help me with some safe medication for this time.
