plantar fascitis
i am male 45 yr 77 kg suffering from plantar fascitis since 2005 probably because of my military career which has seen many extreme physical exertions.i have no bone spurs as x rays have shown but the PF problem lately has aggravataed. i have in the past been helped by shoe inserts which i did not use thereafter .i can feel the pain in both heels( rear half portion) whenever i walk naked feet and also early in thye morning.please prescribe some medicene- i am ready to provide some more details if they are asked. i am otherwise taking homeo med acid benz 30 for my uric acid.andy_65_in on 2010-09-06

I do get relief whenever my feet dont touch the ground.am also starting stratching exercises.plesae advice medicene

My friend too had the same trouble and he went for an Ultra light therapy ( a mouse like instrument with red light from it) from an alternative healing doctor in my area ... even MOXABUSTION helps (you get the MOXA stick which you light like agarbati and give a heat treatment to the place. Though this is not relevant to homeopathy but I hope it helps.

Meanwhile just check any accupuncturist in your area who has Ultrasound device and MOXA, also tell me where you reside..so I will check any treatment options avaialable there, and you can also consult Homeopathic doctors like Dr Deoshlok, Dr Kadwa, John on this site for homeopathy remedies..

There are many things you can do to treat your plantar fasciitis with conservative treatment. I had plantar fasciitis for about two years and I discovered that treatment is individual. Things that work for one will not necessarily work for the other. The good news is that you have many treatments you can try but you must be persistent and patient.
