The ABC Homeopathy Forum

A question for all certified HOMEOPATHS. only

Hello,

I have read in many posts, that a dose of 200 potency if given one has to wait for a week and update the practitioners and inform the changes.
My question is after a dose of 200 potency If the problem aggravates in few days does that mean the dose or remedy is right?(Coz Homeopathy says initial aggravation is a good sign to check the remedy is working) and If the problem is relieved in any way does that mean the dose or remedy is right? (Coz it is relieving or curing it to some extent which is why it is taken) both are two contradictory statements.. or is there a thin line between both? what is true?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Usually there is no 'aggravation'. 200c might have been too high. You might want to start with a 30c.

Your query:

No dose is too high or too low It depends on the selection of correct remedy and correct potency (correct similia) in different cases and different circumstances. That is called experience.

Ok.. but is there any book which speaks about similimums in detail for a clear understanding for beginners, coz there are many books on homeopathy remedies for novices but correct similimum is an important factor and how is it supervised in acute and chronic problems.

Almost any introduction to homeopathy would explain it.
