20 month toddler - refusing to eat

Hi, my daughter was breasfed until 12 months and i tried weaning her at 6 months. however, she did not like any food and only ate yogurt and bread until she was about 12 months. since then, she only eats oatmeal, bread (butter and marmite, nothing else)cheese, rice and pasta(plain). she does not eat any meat or veg/salad, but eats bananas, grapes and clementines. she drinks a lot of water and tea during the day. She only has one bottle of milk at bedtime. Sometimes she would chew new foods, but then spits them out, never swallows them. however she really likes crisps, sweets and biscuits. (i do not give her this, but if she gets hold of them (from older brother) she finishes it) I give her abidec vitamin syrup every day. I dont know how to encourage her to eat anything else. not sure if this is the right forum, but there is any advice, i would really appreciate it. not sure if this is part of the eating thing, but she also always touches her ears and has scratched one inside, so the skin is broken with a small scab. I have had her at the GP a number of times and they either say it is slightly red but not enough for antibiotics or it looks fine.

Go on trying one or the other remedies. When fed up then provide your date, time and place of birth. May be I have some answer?
