Your remedies are as follows:

Obesity Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets taken after each of 2 meals daily. You can expect a reduction of 1kg per week.

Gallstones Berberis Vulgaris 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily. This remedy will dissolve your gallstones but it can take up to 3 months.

Depression Nat Mur 6x dose 2 tablets taken twice daily.

Continue with your daily exercise routine and report results weekly.

No coffee, canned drinks, sausages, ham an bacon and all meat.

You will note that I prescribed 2 tablets NP twice daily but if you wish to accelerate your weight reduction process you can take 2 tabs thrice daily. It is important of course to keep a weekly check on your weight reduction which I would appreciate if you will record here on this Forum.

A higher potency of say Nat Phos will not increase your weight reduction. In fact if you take say NP 30c it will not help you to do so. You will have to be patient and take the remedies (Homeopathic medicines are NOT drugs) as prescribed and you should observe that your problems will slowly disappear.

I presume that you are also taking the Berberis V 6c for your Gallstones which will have to be scanned in about 3 months to observe their progress.

I am concerned about your parents force feeding you with Ghee as a child which you feel has resulted in your present weight. I believe that the Gall Stones were a direct result of this fat and it will be in your hands to first eliminate them with the Berberis prescribed and you can also do a Blood test for Lipid Profile to see if this fat has resulted in a higher level of Cholesterol and Triglycerides which at your age of 24 can be eliminated.

Your elevated Estrogen levels are also due to this excess fat levels and I believe that this too will be eliminated by the NP.

I shall also prescribe another remedy after I observe how your weight has responded to the NP therapy.

i have taken Nat Phos 6x and it really works(Being a allopathic doctor pharmacist i didnt beleive on homeopathic medicine)..but now i have admitted that homeopathic works great..
i took Nat phos 6x 3tablets two times daily after meal and it really increases my peristalsis...
but i am still wondring about my high Estradiol level..is there is any medicine for it??

i am very depressed regarding my weight.currently my weight is 76Kg but it varies from 76-77Kg...i am doing gym regularly but no weight loss..

Which of your 2 posts do you expect me to believe?

I thought that you meant that the NP had helped with your weight from your previous post.

As you have rightly observed NP works by accelerating the passage of food from the stomach into the gut by increasing peristalsis. I believe that it achieves the reduction of weight in average cases by not permitting the food to stagnate which permits the fat and fat building components in the food to be picked up by the blood.

The average weight loss is 1kg per week but in your case I believe that it your estrogen imbalance that prevents it from helping you. There is no harm in continuing to use it as it may still do you some good over time.

Report your response from time to time as your case is rare and is of interest.

I have done a cursory check for your problem on Radar which is the worlds best Homeopathic software but there is unfortunately no reference to it.

Since we are now certain that Nat Phos 6x works by accelerating the passage of food down the gut and thereby reduces weight I would suggest that you persist with it and take 3 tablets thrice daily and observe your weight.

Do not even dream of Liposuction as for one thing the fact will all return in a few months and the trauma to your body tissues will be great. My sister tried it out a few years ago and ended up in the ICU as she developed Cardiac Asthma with her lungs filling up with body fluids due to some trigger that was set off by the liposuction.

You mentioned in your first post that you had been identified with Gall stones.
The remedy is Berberis Vulgaris 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.
