My cat's problems

My cat has both fatty liver disease and constipation and prolapse. He seems much better after I thougth it was all over, but discovered I could use Sepia, and it helped tremendously. I'm using 30c, and unclear how often to use it; I stopped it and immediately the constipation/prolapse came badk. I went back to using it twice per day, and the contipation recided but the prolapse is back, albeit much smaller. I'm unclear if this latter is because I've used it oo long (four days) or if I need to increase the dosage (I'm giving him 3 pellets twice a day of 30c sepia).
For his liver problems I'm having good luck (since the constipation is over, it seems, the pain probably less due to lessened prolapse, so he is eating almost as well as I'd like; acting very well, actually, but cats can hide pain, too) with hepar compositum by heel and Hepeel by Heal, 1/2 tab each in 1 mil of water (together) then .5 mil twice a day of this. I could find no single-remedies for this problem using the Remedy Finder.
The 'stopping eating' came about after dogs chased him, and he was almost well when it happened again and again and again (he is taught to stay on our property to keep him safe, but the neighbors are irresponsible and letting there dogs attack him while he is in our yard, even on the porch. I have taken to staying outside with him when he is out - to him, he must go out or he gets depressed - but this means reducing his time outside, too. Well, no cure for this I guess, but it is what is behind the stopping eating in the first place, which is followed also by constipation and the not eating resulted in the fatty liver disease. Docs gave him 20% chance of survivial, so not minor.
