Should I raise potency

Hi: I am still trying to learn homeopathy. I am currently using 2 remedies to treat a protozoa infection, thuja and ipecahauna. I have been using these in 6C and 30C potencies which seems to help in the few weeks I have taken them. I purchased 200C potencies of both of these, is this the right thing to do?

What time frame would I know that this is the right potency?
