Plz Only doctors and Heath experts reply to this post...i am very worry

Please doctors and Health expert reply to this post on this forum and plz read my post completely I am too much worry due to my severe problems.
I am male and my age is 22. I have been involved in masturbation since last 8 years but now I have quit this habit since last 5 months. But I now I am facing severe problems as days go on. I am writing below my some sex problems in detail.
My first and one severe problem is that my testicles (balls are very thin & small) are very small in size and seems to be very weak and thin. Sometimes my testicles hang and look very thin.
I am also facing too much nightfall in a week sometimes it go to 6 times in a weak and sometimes twice in a day.
One very very severe problem is that whenever I find nightfall while sleeping. When I awoke from sleeping i find pain in my both knees. The pain in both knees become so severe that now I am not a bit able to sit on ground by bending my both legs and my both knees now can not bear any lighter/minute hit on them. But I have no problem while walking, standing or running at all.

My sex organ became erect very soon without touching by hand whenever my mind wants to do sex. After erecting it become normal very soon but releases some transparent lubricant drops.
My weight is also very low, about 46kg. My body is also feeble. I have a great urge to gain weight.
Note: My hunger is normal and mouth taste is also normal.
Its my humble request from doctors on this forum that please help me out and suggest any medicine(s) to cure my problems effectively. I want to get rid these problems as soon possible. I am sending this post with a great hope.
