This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Shipra..are you a doctor ?

For Retinal tear the meds are:

1. Lachesis
2. Crotolus Hor.
3. Bothrops
4. Arnica

A well chosen med out of this is capable of absorbing back the blood that splashes around / on to the retina....which causes more damage than the tear itself.

For Glaucoma...meds are:

1. Colocynthsis
2. Bryonia
3. Causticum (Specially suited for catract patients).

However treatment has to be proper for stopping further deterioration of the patient.

At this stage, not sure if full reversal of the condition can take place.

Best is to get him homeopathic medication under the expert supervision of a homeo doc. in your city.

Pl. note...the cause of Retinal tear is usually High BP. So it is essential to control BP.

Find his constitutional med for it.
