Similimum Query (book) for different remedies.

I have read that the remedies of Homeopathy acts well according to their specified potency (as some are deep acting and some are slow).
My question is
1)'Which book can give a clear idea of similimum' and dosages of the remedies, and is a great tool for beginners which covers everything in detail.

2) It is said that some medicines are recommended in 200 potencies and the patient has to wait for a week.. which medicines fall in this category and what is the further treatment (after that week) like if there is any aggravation or relief from them.

3) If an aggravation happens after a remedy or the painful area is relieved (in both this polarized conditions) how does one conclude if it is the right medicine? Coz aggravation is a good sign but cure is seeked and the prime purpose as well, how is it determined by the doctors.
